This agreement is entered into by you (the ordering user in person) and Flashforge Official (hereinafter “we/us”). It is bound to your CJ270 order on this site. This package must be purchased together with a CJ270 and is not sold separately.

1. What You Will Receive

• One model printability assessment and one opportunity to receive a physical sample of a confirmed version. If no sampling request is made within 30 days after purchase, the sampling service will be deemed waived.
• 2 kg of filament per month for 12 consecutive months, totaling 24 kg.

The USD 49 does not include the CJ270 Printer price. Filament type, delivery region, shipping charges, and taxes will be disclosed before payment.

2. Sample Production and Feedback

Please submit models that you have the right to provide and to authorize for display. We will confirm printing requirements and the estimated ship-out date by email. If a model is not suitable for printing, we will explain the reason. You may modify it and resubmit, or cancel the device and this package together.

Please reply by email within 14 days of receiving the sample to tell us whether you are satisfied with the sample result. If you do not provide timely feedback after multiple contact attempts by the brand, you will be deemed satisfied.

3. How to Receive Monthly Filament

After you confirm that you are satisfied with the sample and the CJ270 has been signed for for 30 days, we will confirm subsequent complimentary filament shipment dates by email using the email address used for your CJ270 order. Thereafter, filament will be shipped to you on the agreed fixed date each month. You will receive a shipping notice before each filament shipment. If your address changes, please notify us by email at least one week before the shipment date.

Benefits under this package are bound to your personal order and may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or claimed more than once.

4. Return Policy for This Package

• Sample confirmation stage: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the sample. The CJ270 device order must be cancelled together with this package, and both must be returned via the original path.
• After the device arrives: If you are satisfied with the sample but still dissatisfied after receiving the device, please initiate a return request within 30 days of signing for the device. The return must include the device, accessories, complimentary filament included with the device, and the printed sample together. Filament under this package will stop being issued, and the USD 49 actually paid will be fully refunded. Device-order refunds will be arranged via the original payment path within 7 business days after the returned goods are received. If store points were granted because of the purchase of the CJ270 and value-added services, those points will also be deducted at that time.
• If a return request is initiated more than 30 days after the device is signed for and is confirmed by the brand, any complimentary filament already used during that period will be converted at retail price and deducted from the refund.

5. Finished-Product Display and Your Materials

You authorize us, for a period of three years, to display the finished model from this order and related images on our website, official social media, and at exhibitions for product introduction. Ownership of the model remains with the original rights holder. We will not publish source files without authorization. Your name, likeness, and other personal information will be used only with separate consent.

6. Purchase Confirmation

This agreement takes effect after you check the consent box and complete payment. We will send the agreement and order confirmation to your account email.
