This agreement is entered into by you (the ordering user in person) and Flashforge Official (hereinafter “we/us”). It is bound to your CJ270 order on this site. This package must be purchased together with a CJ270 and is not sold separately.

1. What You Will Receive

• One model printability assessment and one opportunity to receive a physical sample of a confirmed version. If no sampling request is made within 30 days after purchase, the sampling service will be deemed waived.
• 2 kg of filament per month for 12 consecutive months, totaling 24 kg.

The USD 49 does not include the CJ270 Printer price. Filament type, delivery region, shipping charges, and taxes will be disclosed before payment.

2. Sample Production and Feedback

Please submit models that you have the right to provide and to authorize for display. We will confirm printing requirements and the estimated ship-out date by email. If a model is not suitable for printing, we will explain the reason. You may modify it and resubmit, or cancel the device and this package together.

Please reply by email within 14 days of receiving the sample to tell us whether you are satisfied with the sample result. If you do not provide timely feedback after multiple contact attempts by the brand, you will be deemed satisfied.

3. How to Receive Monthly Filament

After you confirm that you are satisfied with the sample and the CJ270 has been signed for for 30 days, we will confirm subsequent complimentary filament shipment dates by email using the email address used for your CJ270 order. Thereafter, filament will be shipped to you on the agreed fixed date each month. You will receive a shipping notice before each filament shipment. If your address changes, please notify us by email at least one week before the shipment date.

Benefits under this package are bound to your personal order and may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or claimed more than once.

4. Return Policy for This Package

• Sample confirmation stage: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the sample. The CJ270 device order must be cancelled together with this package, and both must be returned via the original path.
• After the device arrives: If you are satisfied with the sample but still dissatisfied after receiving the device, please initiate a return request within 30 days of signing for the device. The return must include the device, accessories, complimentary filament included with the device, and the printed sample together. Filament under this package will stop being issued, and the USD 49 actually paid will be fully refunded. Device-order refunds will be arranged via the original payment path within 7 business days after the returned goods are received. If store points were granted because of the purchase of the CJ270 and value-added services, those points will also be deducted at that time.
• If a return request is initiated more than 30 days after the device is signed for and is confirmed by the brand, any complimentary filament already used during that period will be converted at retail price and deducted from the refund.

5. Finished-Product Display and Your Materials

You authorize us, for a period of three years, to display the finished model from this order and related images on our website, official social media, and at exhibitions for product introduction. Ownership of the model remains with the original rights holder. We will not publish source files without authorization. Your name, likeness, and other personal information will be used only with separate consent.

6. Purchase Confirmation

This agreement takes effect after you check the consent box and complete payment. We will send the agreement and order confirmation to your account email.

Package A · $49 One-Time Payment · No Auto-Renewal

This Agreement is entered into by and between you (the user who places the order) and Zhejiang Flashforge 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), and is linked to your CJ270 order placed on this website.

This package must be purchased together with the CJ270 printer. Each printer is eligible for a maximum of one Early Bird Package, and this package is not sold separately.

1. Package Overview

• This package includes printability evaluation for one design model and one physical sample of the confirmed version. We will cover the sample shipping costs. Please submit your initial sample printing request within 30 days after completing payment for this package. If you fail to submit the request after receiving a reminder, you will be deemed to have waived your sample printing benefit under this package. This will not affect your material benefits or normal after-sales service for the printer, and no price reduction will be provided as a result.
• This package includes 2 kg of materials per month for 12 consecutive months, totaling 24 kg. The types of materials, delivery regions, and applicable shipping costs and taxes will be clearly specified before payment.
• Failure to request sample printing or voluntarily waiving the sample printing benefit will not affect the shipment of materials or the CJ270 printer according to the delivery schedule specified in the order.
• This package does not include model repair services or any training on model design software.
• All benefits under this package are tied to the original purchaser's order and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or claimed more than once.
• You authorize us to display the finished model and related images from this project on our website, official social media channels, and at exhibitions for product demonstration purposes. Ownership of the model remains with the original rights holder. We will not publicly disclose source files without authorization. Any use of personal information such as your name or likeness will require your separate consent.

2. Sample Production and Feedback

• You must ensure that the model you provide does not infringe any third-party rights and authorize us to print and display the finished product in accordance with this Agreement. You shall be legally responsible for any claims arising from infringement caused by the model you provide.
• If the model does not meet printing requirements, we will explain the reasons. You may modify the model and resubmit it. If it still fails to meet requirements after review, you may either waive the sample printing benefit while keeping the remaining package benefits, or cancel the CJ270 order together with this package according to this Agreement.
• Please provide feedback on the sample results by email within 14 days after receiving the sample. If we do not receive your response after two email reminders during this period, we will arrange shipment of the CJ270 according to the original order after the 14-day feedback period expires. Failure to respond will not affect your return or warranty rights after receiving the printer.
• Once you have received the CJ270 for 30 days and have not requested a return, we will contact you through the email address associated with your order to confirm the start date for material delivery. After confirmation, materials will be shipped on a fixed date each month, and shipment notifications will be sent by email. If your shipping address changes, please notify us by email at least one week before the scheduled shipment date.
• This package does not include model repair services. The printable model requirements are as follows:

3. Return Policy

• Sample Confirmation Stage: You may request a return within 14 days after receiving the sample. The printer order must be canceled together with this package, and all actual payments will be fully refunded.
• If you are dissatisfied after receiving the CJ270, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Both the printer and package must be returned or canceled together. Please return the printer, accessories, any remaining complimentary materials, and any received printed samples. If the materials included in the package have already been delivered, any unused remaining portion must also be returned. Materials reasonably used during the trial period will not be charged, and the full $49 package payment will be refunded.
• For CJ270 return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery, all consumed materials will be deducted from the refund at 50% of the retail price.
• Please contact our official customer support through our website first to confirm the return address and safe shipping method. Shipping costs and other after-sales matters will be handled in accordance with our official after-sales service policy.
• Refunds for printer orders will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned items. Store points earned from purchasing the CJ270 and this package will also be canceled.

4. Purchase Confirmation

After you check the box confirming your agreement and complete payment, this Agreement will become effective. We will send the Agreement and order confirmation to the email address associated with your account.

Package B · $999 One-Time Payment · No Auto-Renewal

This Agreement is entered into by and between you (the user who places the order) and Zhejiang Flashforge 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), and is linked to your CJ270 order placed on this website.

This package must be purchased together with the CJ270 printer. Each printer is eligible for a maximum of one Application Support Package, and this package is not sold separately. The material benefits from Package A and Package B cannot be stacked or combined.

1. Package Overview

• This package is built around one application project agreed upon by both parties. It includes printability evaluation, necessary model repairs, and one physical sample of the confirmed version for up to two models. We will cover the sample shipping costs. Please submit your initial sample printing request within 30 days after completing payment for this package. If you fail to submit the request after receiving a reminder, you will be deemed to have waived your sample printing benefit under this package. This will not affect your material benefits, other services included in the package, or normal after-sales service for the printer, and no price reduction will be provided as a result. Submitting your initial request within the specified period ensures that your sample printing benefit remains valid, even if the subsequent evaluation or model repair takes longer than that period.
• This package includes a dedicated Lark service group that provides guidance on model adaptation and repair, print parameter settings, printing operations, post-processing, and troubleshooting, helping you successfully print products that meet the requirements agreed upon by both parties on your own CJ270.
• This package includes one remote AI modeling training session of up to 60 minutes, as well as first-month promotional support for Meshy AI. The specific promotional offer and applicable terms will be explained before payment. Any third-party subscription is optional and will not be activated or charged automatically.
• This package includes 2 kg of materials per month for 12 consecutive months, totaling 24 kg. The types of materials, delivery regions, and applicable shipping costs and taxes will be clearly specified before payment.
• Failure to request sample printing or voluntarily waiving the sample printing benefit will not affect the shipment of the CJ270 printer according to the delivery schedule specified in the order, or your right to receive the materials and other services included in this package.
• The $999 package fee does not include the price of the CJ270 printer. All benefits under this package are tied to the original purchaser's order and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or claimed more than once.
• After completing application validation, please provide one record of an actual application case and at least two photos of the finished product. Confidential information may be anonymized or redacted.
• You authorize us, for three years from the date we receive the relevant materials, to display the finished model, images, and the application case confirmed by you, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, on our website, official social media channels, and at exhibitions for product demonstration purposes. Intellectual property rights to the model remain with the original rights holder. Without your separate authorization, we will not publicly disclose source files or use them for model training. Any use of personal information such as your name or likeness will require your separate consent.

2. Sample Production & Material Delivery

• You must ensure that you have the right to provide the model and authorize us to repair, print, and display the finished product in accordance with this Agreement. You shall be legally responsible for any claims arising from infringement of third-party rights caused by the model you provide. We shall be responsible for any liability arising from our use of the model beyond the scope of your authorization.
• Before payment, we will confirm with you by email the intended application, up to two models, dimensions, colors, and acceptance criteria for print quality. The success criteria will be based on the requirements confirmed by both parties. Providing consultation alone does not constitute fulfillment of the agreed deliverables.
• If a model does not meet the printing requirements, we will explain the reasons and carry out necessary repairs within the agreed scope. Any adjustments that may affect the appearance or functionality of the model will be confirmed with you in advance. If, after evaluation, we determine that the agreed project cannot be completed, both the printer and the package will be canceled or returned, and the full amount actually paid for both will be refunded. You may also voluntarily work with us to confirm a new project that can be implemented.
• This package includes the model adaptation and repair, parameter adjustments, and test-printing guidance necessary to achieve the confirmed objectives. Additional models, changes to the application project, modifications to the confirmed design, modeling from scratch, or contract manufacturing for mass production are outside the scope of the original package. If additional fees apply, we will obtain your consent in advance. We do not guarantee commercial returns or successful results for every test print.
• We will confirm the final print version and estimated shipping date with you by email. Please provide feedback on the samples within 14 days after receiving all agreed-upon samples. If we do not receive your response after two email reminders during this period, we will arrange shipment of the CJ270 according to the original order after the 14-day feedback period expires. Failure to respond does not constitute confirmation that you are satisfied with the samples, will not affect your return or warranty rights after receiving the printer, and will not by itself constitute grounds for deducting the $499 service fee.
• The dedicated service will remain available for 12 months starting from the date you receive the printer and the printer is ready for operation under the agreed conditions. If the printer cannot be started due to reasons attributable to us, the service period will be extended accordingly. We will prioritize completing the initial application validation within 30 days after delivery of the printer. After the target is achieved, we will continue to provide support and troubleshooting for the agreed project. Service requests are handled during Beijing Time business hours, 09:00-18:00 on business days, with a target initial response time of one business day. The actual resolution time will depend on the nature of the issue.
• Please register your Lark account using the same email address you use for your account on our official website. You must provide the necessary files, printing photos, and issue records and perform tests according to the confirmed procedures. If your failure to provide the necessary information or cooperate with testing affects the provision of services, we will explain the reason and remind you to provide the missing information or complete the required testing. The corresponding service schedule will be extended accordingly, and such delay will not be deemed completion of the agreed deliverables.
• Once you have received the CJ270 for 30 days without submitting a return request, we will contact you through the email address associated with your order to confirm the start date for material delivery and shipping information. After confirmation, materials will be shipped on a fixed date each month, and shipment notifications will be sent by email. You will not need to reconfirm each month. If your shipping address changes, please notify us by email at least one week before the scheduled shipment date.
• Receiving materials is not conditional upon requesting sample printing, providing feedback that you are satisfied with the samples, or separately confirming that you are satisfied with the printer. "Subscription" refers only to registering an account on our official website and confirming your shipping information; no automatic charges will be made. Any necessary reshipping or rerouting costs resulting from your failure to update your shipping information in time or from providing incorrect shipping information will be borne by you. If a shipment is delayed or an agreed quantity is missing due to reasons attributable to us, we will make up the missing quantity.

• Sample Confirmation Stage: You may request a return within 14 days after receiving all agreed-upon samples if you are dissatisfied with the samples. The printer and this package must be canceled or returned together, and the full amount actually paid for both will be refunded. The $499 service fee will not be deducted.
• If you are dissatisfied after receiving the CJ270, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Both the printer and package must be returned or canceled together. Please return the printer, accessories, any remaining complimentary materials, and any received printed samples. If the materials included in the package have already been delivered, any unused remaining portion must also be returned. Materials reasonably used during the trial period will not be charged, and the package services and subsequent material deliveries will be discontinued at the same time.
• If you have explicitly confirmed that you are satisfied with the samples, we have actually provided the agreed model processing, sample printing, and other professional services, and you subsequently request a return of the entire printer and package because you are dissatisfied with the service experience after receiving the printer, a $499 fee for services already provided will be deducted from the amount actually paid for the package. If the actual package payment was $999, $500 will be refunded. The printer refund will be handled separately in accordance with the return policy available on our official website at the time of purchase. This fee is not an additional charge. Confirmation that you are satisfied with the samples does not mean that all 12 months of subsequent services have been fully provided. This fixed service fee will not be deducted unless all of the above conditions are met.
• If the return is due to a printer quality issue, our failure to provide the agreed services, or a breach of the service agreement that results in the confirmed objectives not being achieved, the fixed deduction described above will not apply. Any refund or other settlement required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with the applicable requirements.
• After 30 days have passed from delivery of the CJ270, returns based solely on subjective dissatisfaction will no longer be available under this package, except in cases involving printer quality issues or statutory after-sales rights. For any late return for reasons other than a quality issue that we separately agree to in writing, complimentary materials provided in connection with the purchase of the printer and this package that have already been used will be charged at 50% of the applicable retail price stated at the time of purchase and deducted from the refund. The quantity and amount will be confirmed in writing before the return. Materials purchased separately by the customer are not included in this deduction. The $499 service fee will apply only when the conditions specified above are met, and the same fee will not be deducted more than once.
• Please contact our official customer support through our website first to confirm the return address and safe shipping method. Shipping costs and other after-sales matters will be handled in accordance with our official after-sales service policy applicable at the time of purchase. A valid return request submitted within the applicable period will not be treated as an overdue return merely because subsequent communication or return shipping takes more than 30 days.
• Refunds for the printer and package will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned items. For orders that have not yet been shipped, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. If our official after-sales service policy applicable at the time of purchase or applicable law requires a shorter refund period, the shorter period will apply. The actual time for the funds to reach your account depends on the payment provider. Any store points earned from the returned CJ270 and package order will be canceled at the same time. Points earned from other orders will not be affected.
• Except for statutory rights, this package does not provide an option to keep the printer while returning only the package or to receive a refund based on the remaining service period. Normal warranty coverage and statutory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Purchase Confirmation

After you check the box confirming your agreement and complete payment, this Agreement will become effective. We will send the Agreement, the confirmed application requirements, and the order confirmation to the email address associated with your account.

If any special terms of this Agreement for the package conflict with the general website terms, this Agreement shall prevail. Where this Agreement expressly provides for exceptions, such as a shorter refund period, those provisions will apply and will not limit your statutory rights.
